Ordering
How can I place an order?
You can order the products you want by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. After adding the products you want to your cart, you can view your cart and complete the order. B2B clients can order via info@cicadaaudio.eu. We will check your company for approval before finalising the order. When the payment is received, we will start the process of shipping.

How do I change an order?
If you have already placed your order but want to make changes, please contact us using our contact information. Note: changes to an order can only be made if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.

Payment
How can I pay?
In our webshop, you can use the following payment methods: iDeal, Visa/Mastercard, Bankcontact/Mr. Cash.

Is it safe to pay?
In our webshop, you can securely pay with the payment method of your choice. We use a secure SSL connection that ensures your personal information is protected against misuse by third parties.

Shipping
What are the delivery options?
Our packages are shipped to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany by PostNL. In the rest of the EU we use DHL or DPD.

Will I receive a Track & Trace code?
After we have shipped your products, you will always receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.

When will my package be shipped?
We strive to ship your product as soon as possible after purchase. In almost all cases, your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days. If the order is not completely in stock it can take up to 5-10 days for the package to reach the buyer.

What are the shipping costs?
For shipments within the Netherlands, we charge €6.95 including VAT for shipping costs. For shipments to Belgium, we charge €10.95 including VAT for shipping costs.

Returns
What are my return options?
When you purchase products from our webshop, you have the option to return the products within 14 days. You can use the right of withdrawal. The 14-day period begins on the day after the products are received.

How can I return?
You can return the product(s) provided that they meet the following conditions:

You invoke the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the products. After this period, returns are unfortunately no longer possible.
The product has not been used, processed, assembled or worn.
The product is completely undamaged.
The product is in its original packaging, if reasonably possible.
Any costs for return shipments are for the account of the consumer.
The return shipment must be digitally registered.
The full purchase amount including shipping costs will be refunded to you within 14 days after receipt.
Before returning a product or products to us, we ask you to include the completed withdrawal form with your return shipment and to contact us prior to returning it. This can be done via email at info@cicadaaudio.eu.

Warranty
Do I have a warranty?
All products from our webshop come with a legal warranty. The legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect. Some products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal guarantee.

What is my warranty proof?
The warranty proof of your purchase is the invoice you received with the confirmation email of your online order. You need this proof to be able to claim the warranty.
